3月24日，由COITM团队协助Rosa Khutor等四家俄罗斯机构共同组织的索契滑雪考察团（FAM Trip to Sochi）正式启程。本次考察为期八天（3月24日-31日），汇聚了国内出境游优质企业、滑雪俱乐部及文旅KOL等十余位行业代表。有来自包括众信旅游、湖南新康辉国际旅行社、上海墨鱼旅行社、海洋国际旅行社、Go WildClub（小野极限）、北京泰瑞智杰体育产业有限公司、杭州冬日冰雪科技有限公司等深耕俄罗斯冰雪旅游产品的旅行运营商和户外俱乐部的负责人参与，共同开启了一场聚焦索契高端滑雪旅行资源的深度探索之旅。

On March 24, the FAM Trip to Sochi, organised by Rosa Khutor, with assistance from the COITM team, officially departed. Spanning eight days ( 24–31 March), this FAM trip brought together over a dozen industry representatives from premium Chinese outbound tour operators, ski clubs, and KOLs. The delegation comprised heads of tour operators and outdoor clubs dedicated to Russian winter tourism, representing companies such as U-Tour, Hunan New Comfort International Travel, China Ocean International Travel Service, Cuttlefish Travel, Go Wild Club, Beijing TaiRuiZhiJie Sports, and Hangzhou Winter Ice and Snow Technology. Together, they will conduct an in-depth exploration of Sochi’s premium skiing travel resources.

作为2014年冬奥会的举办地，索契已成功转型为集专业滑雪、奢华酒店、特色餐饮与文化娱乐于一体的全季节国际度假胜地。考察团将深入索契两大核心度假区——Rosa Khutor与Krasnaya Polyana，全方位、沉浸式体验俄罗斯高端滑雪旅行资源，深度挖掘索契全季节度假潜力。

As the host city of the 2014 Winter Olympics, Sochi has successfully transformed into a year-round international resort destination, offering world-class skiing, luxury accommodation, exceptional dining, and cultural entertainment. The delegation will conduct an immersive and comprehensive visit to Sochi’s two core resort areas — Rosa Khutor and Krasnaya Polyana — gaining firsthand insight into Russia’s high-end winter tourism offerings and exploring the full-year appeal of Sochi as a destination.

此次行程不仅限于体验，更重在“链接”。考察团将与当地核心资源方，包括俄罗斯旅游局Discover Russia、Rosa Khutor、Mantera、Sochi Airport及多家酒店集团进行多场专题推介与商务洽谈，与当地旅游业界开展高效对接，推动中俄旅游资源互补与合作落地。

This FAM trip goes beyond experience, placing a strong emphasis on building meaningful connections. The delegation will participate in a series of specialised presentations and business meetings with key local stakeholders, including Discover Russia (the Russian tourism board), Rosa Khutor, Mantera, Sochi Airport, and several major hotel groups. These engagements aim to foster efficient collaboration between the Chinese and Russian tourism sectors, promoting resource complementary and the implementation of joint initiatives.
